Lake Hawkins - exploring unfamiliar waters - 09/24/19 01:19 AM
Hey TFF
Earlier last week I went out to Lake Hawkins with my son. Only been there once to fish ever and that was approximately 7 years or more and thought it would be a great place to do a exploring unfamiliar waters video. Fishing was tough but we figured out something before time ran out. Hope your like it!

It has been tough on Hawkins for a month or two. I haven't seen them schooling since early June. Good video, thanks for posting.

Spent 1000+ hours on that lake 1979 to 1984....first 5 lb, 6 lb, and 7 lb bass there....electric blue mister twister, 1/16 ounce weight....fished slow!!! It's not the same anymore.

I was there last in june. Wore them out for deep. Best went 6 pounds. I'm still learning the lake but docks have worked for me and deep.
Enjoyed the video. As always some good information was given. Thanks for sharing.

What model boat is that? I like the no carpet.
