Trolling Motor Questions

My dad is looking into upgrading his trolling motor and I am helping him look around. He's got a 2010 Nitro Z7. What lb thrust and shaft length should we be looking at?

On a different note, if anyone has a good deal on a Minn Kota trolling motor with i-pilot please let me know. Having that feature is #1 on his list. Thanks!

24volt 80lb thrust 45” shaft length.
