Lake Fork Update - 08/26/19 10:12 PM

Back from family vacation and wanted to give a quick update. Yesterday, water temp 91-94 degrees, bites came in brush 15-18’ of water on 3/16- 1/4 Oz Drop Shot 6” straight tail Worm (Owner Cover Shot 2/0 or 3/0 hook) in Red Bug and 1/2 Oz TX Rigged J-Mag 10.5” straight tail Worm in Red Bug. Below is yesterday’s best and it was on the big TX Rig Worm, 20# Fluorocarbon and Owner red, offset, wide gap XX-Strong Hook. Staying on the move to find bites, slow presentation.

Nice Whitt. Glad you're on em. I'm curious about "brush piles". Timber or actual brush someone put out?

Thanks y’all. Some brush we fished are man made piles and some is natural timber.
