Lake Palestine?

Have not been on this lake in 15 years 1st week in October we have a reunion while there would like to bass fish. Can someone send me in the right direction?

If water levels allow, launch at Kickapoo and fish the channel back from the bridge. Endless water

Yes northwest side but level determines if you can launch. Also be prepared to idle over stumps, lots of them. Watch the old roadbed too.

Honey Hole did a show from Palestine Sunday. Maybe if you can watch it and it might help

you can do a search on Google or on YouTube and find a ton of videos on Palestine's north end. There is no rocket science involved in fishing up there, your going to have to put TOW to find the sweet spots, but the baits and techniques are pretty simple.

Just fish docks on the south end of the lake. The North end is a pain when when the water level drops amd most of the good cover is out of the water

Agree with post above! I live 20 minutes from Palestine and fish the north stuff up until the dog days of summer... Shakey head around the docks is what I would do.. Especially the deeper docks!
