Lake St Clair pics, what a trip!

I had a amazing day on St Clair with guide Matt Fischer! My best 5 went right at 24lbs and I had 2 that weighed in at 5.35. We caught well over 60 fish.







Only bad part of trip is I forgot my hat and got burned.

Awesome, my BIL went and wet wore them out. Planning a trip with him next summer.

We went to the st Lawrence the day the season opened and had a ball. If you love to fish it’s a bucket list type trip. We’re already booked for next June

I have been to Mille Lacs for 4 trips. Always great. I need to get to the St. Lawrence and St. Clair too. Smallmouth are so much fun to catch.

Did a trip in Maine too. Fishing was great there also.

The only thing that would make it better is, if Scags or Dirty Bass was coming too.

That's funny I told the guide that most people do that here and he just laughed. Fishing open water like that had me so turned around it was ridiculous. I would be lost trying to fish that kind of water for the first time.

That looks awesome. I couldn't imagine catching 60 of those suckers in one outing

Good times! I was up there last week. Only got 1 day on St. Clair and 1 day on Erie due to the weather. Sure is fun watching those beasts swim in that clear water.

What a trip!!

That was one of my home lakes when I lived there. Took about two years to get the hang of St Clair. By far one of the most fun places to fish (as long as the wind isn't blowing) on earth.
Any time you drag a tube you could catch a: 6 lb Smallie, Walleye, Musky, Pike, Sturgeon, or yes Drum or Rick bass. Glad you had a chance to slay them.
