24.5” long.

What does she weigh?

I will post the weight later.

Most of you are in the ballpark. 7.03lbs. Poor girl had a tough spawn. Big head, big tail fin, skinny body.

I'm late to the party but I would've said 7.5. She looks like she might be an old fish. The bony structure around the mouth can sometimes give you an idea of how old the fish may be. Big thick bones around the mouth on your fish looks to me like she is an old fish that may have been much heavier at one point in her life.

I've seen a bunch of fish from Monticello over the years that look like this one. They have the head of a ten pounder but weigh 7-something. I have lost count of the fish I have weighed for people over the years at Monty where the angler swore they had a DD but the fish went seven-ish.

Not taking away anything from your fish. She is still a NICE Fish that I bet was fun to catch! thumb

No doubt she has seen better days. I am hoping she recovers some weight and makes it a few more years.

Good fight and on a frog is always fun. Had some of the most violent blow ups as ever yesterday.

Dougy.....you know your weights. Bracketed me just about perfect roflmao

I got beat by a super skinny 9.80 Thursday night. His fish was probably 12+ a two months ago. The mouth on his fish looked like it was 10” in diameter. It was 28+ inches long.

She's a little skinny but I bet she bounces back well. Skinniest fish I ever caught was a 21" 3.5 lb largemouth bass.

Looks like some of the original native bass before introduction to Florida strain. Used to catch alot of river bass that looked like that.

Nice fish! I might have guessed something like 7-7.5 # only because I caught one the same length and skinny about a month ago. My boga grip doesn’t get so precise, but the fish I caught weight a little over 7 pounds. TP&W chart for average bass has a 24.5” bass close to 9#.

Nice fish, but really hard to tell when you hold it out like that. Your arms are fully extended!!! I'd say half a pound or so.

Just saw the picture and was going to guess 7lbs. Nice long fish, she has spawned a number of times, I can only imagine what she would weigh if full of eggs!!!
