Texoma is going to be busy for a few weeks. TTO Championship in September. ABA Championship on Oct 6-7 and and now Champs. Good luck guys!

Most fun I've ever had in "a" championship was on Texoma. I am puzzled that Chad chose Highport, is there not a decent Marina on the Okie side.. If you remember back Chris, you and I talked about Texoma, you told me no way... High port was not a choice any longer...
Guess something changed, great choice in my opinion, you guys are gonna have a blast, watch out for those Burns brothers...LOL.

Where's the parking at highpoint?

They have a large parking lot and four wide ramp at Highport. Same place the Bass opens have gone out of.

There is a clickable google map aerial shot on their website. It's designed to show off limits area, but shows the parking lot.

Love it!! Smallies, Spotted Bass, and Largemouth.... one of the most diverse fisheries we have around here. This one is going to be a blast!

Yep, I definitely recall the conversation. I made the comment because of the stories I heard about year's past and low turnouts up there but from the sound of it, the fishing and the overall opinion of the lake has changed dramatically. We are pumped...sounds like good fishing, less than an hour from home, rented an awesome house on a private lake right next to HighPort and have a fun group traveling with us. And I definitely plan to find out where Rob and Mike are staying and possibly flatten some tires or unplug a charging boat

What hotels are good for boat parking and battery charging ?

.....any help with good lodging information would be helpful to a lot of folks on here ......
battery charging is the most important aspect of the lodging
