I had a little free time on my hands yesterday and was able to sneak out of the house for 3 hours and caught close to 20 fish including this beauty. But let me tell you it didn't come without a cost this Sahara dust storm is reeking havoc on my allergies. I still can't get over how well the lake is fishing. If you want to catch numbers you can go up on any shallow rocks with a squarebill and give them hell all day but if your chasing the big girls it's time to tie on big baits and go deep. The lake is extremely low (36.13) below full pool the County boat ramp is still being used but the State Park ramps are closed. Just to let yall guys know how well the lake is fishing, I took out my buddy Chuck Ware with Skeeter boats Saturday and we had 34lbs on our best 5 fish. Guys it time to load the boat and get down here and stretch out your favorite flurocarbon
