Is Richland really almost 15 feet low?

Hard to believe!
NO. She is at conservation pool. at 0.96 low; not quite a foot.

I fished RC last Saturday, its pretty much full.

It was extremely tough for me. Got bites but they were just slapping at the bait and not eating it.
