Think I'm ready to pull the trigger on a bass boat. Was going to go look at a cat, but it fell through. Been looking around and cant seems to find what I'm looking for. What is the best time of the yr to buy? When will I get the best bang for my buck?

Seems like your biggest selection of boats is usually during the spring but it may be hard to find a good deal. In the winter you can catch some deals but usually the selection is pretty small

Be patient. Might take months or a year, but you’ll know when you see her and lake test

Dealers get incentive $$ to get rid of remaining year end stock. New year models typically come out around Aug. Not sure what you're looking for but Phoenix is running about 3-4 months behind on production as is BassCat.
A friend of mine spoke to his dealer and they told him if he ordered a 2019 in June it would arrive in Sept. Bullet is same way. So don't expect any deals on those three brands.
Look for a nice used rig with lots of warranty left. Like the man above said, be patient and ready to jump on a good deal if something pops up. There are always deals out there due to divorce, loss of job, etc...

Fall/winter is best time. Hang in there and keep looking. Something will eventually show up. I'm in the hunting market, too. There's a couple that I would pull trigger on but just not exactly what I want, so I'll keep hunting. GL

with all of the new folks in bass fishing like the high school boat buyers it has made nice clean used boats bring premium prices if you find something that suits you buy it because if it clean an taken care of somebody else will. when you find what you want put some money down on it or buy it because most folks that want to sell their boat will get it done to the person with money in hand.
