Meeting a buddy lake worth? Eagle mountain or Lewisville?

Sunday. Have not fished worth or eagle. Been about 2 years since Lewisville. Don’t wanna bother with ray bob. That lakes prob still cold as hell....

Buddy lives in Fort Worth area.

I don’t fish Lewisville. But I fish eagle mountain and lake worth. Both are not fishing that well. Water is cold fish are deep. I can usually find a couple but it’s tough. If y’all just wanna go get on some fish go to marine creek. I fished it yesterday 2-22 and had a damn good day! Good luck

Worth had started coming around before all the rain but still only catching 5-6 fish per trip and only a few in the 4 lb range. I was at least able to catch keeper fish on every trip... I wouldnt expect a stellar day of catching, but should be able to run into a few. Cant help you on the other lakes, haven't fished either of them in a long time.

Thanks for the info. Tough decision. I prob be happy to hook on to one atleast if I’m lucky. My buddy has no clue on bass fishing so he prob have all the luck.

should be warmer Saturday with sun coming out in the afternoon, then sunday may be nice. May concentrate on the rocks at worth a little later in the evening. They may all look like chocolate milk with the rain.
