Caught a fishing pole on Ray Hubbard last week

G loomis with Shimano reel lol!! Lost one about 10 years ago at the discharge . Damn hybrid or huge catfish pulled it right out of my wet hands!! Swimbait fishing and it hit full speed!

Was it a snoopy rod with a zebco 33 reel? Had a T rig 12" worm tied on it.

What bait did you use to catch it? I need some rod & reel upgrades.

I pulled a brand New Pflueger President spinning combo out of the lake, still had the plastic on the cork handle
Cleaned it up and the Wife accused me of buying a New one
