I'm looking for a house share with guys signed up for the Rayburn Costa. Must have parking and hookups as I'm a registered boater.

A buddy of mine owns this one and he just got done renovating it about a month ago. It's 30 minutes from Umphrey's and only about 5 minutes from a mid lake boat ramp.
