Hit lake Athens, 1 of 3 boats. Fished brush in 18-22 from10-1 and put a zero on them..water temps from 46-50.

10 at squaw creek.

30 at Falcon no big ones. Drizzled till noon in the 40’s air upper 50’s water

Fished Rayburn but only for 2 hours. Water temp 53-54. Onky caught 4 but all were 2 1/2-3 1/2 pounds.

9 fish biggest 3.5#. Broke off a good one in a deep tree.

Scratched out 5 at Monti and packed it in early. It was a struggle, lake is getting colder fast. Pads way back behind railroad bridge, where I was catching them last week had 47 degree water temps. Just behind the railroad bridge temps were 57. Saw a couple of different boaters catch good ones. Everyone I fished near caught something but most I spoke to were having a tough time. Water still coming out of discharge but temp there was only 65. I got a late start as I wasn't that fired up about fishing once I got there.


Caught 4 on swimbait and one on spinner bait, nothing on deep cranks today. Most were in the 17 inch range.

Caught ten at wheeler branch in glen rose Texas. Biggest was 6.1 and another at 4.2. Nineteen pound sack. Personal best sack at my favorite little lake. Been fishing it since it opened.

after getting held up by the accident on I45 this morning we got to fairfield at 9:30. the mid morning bite was tough, the noon bite was tough. the wind and freezing drizzle was cold so we packed it in at 1.

I fished today in Northern Oklahoma. Air temp was 19 and water temp was 41. Caught two 13 inch crappie.

Fished Alvarado. Caught 1 on a ned rig on 3 bites. Was tough for sure. Found fish but couldn't get them to bite. Got out there around 7 and left about 11.

Fished on Lake Waco this afternoon, about 1 - 4:30 pm. Caught 5 cranking timber, but nothing Over 2 lbs. Water temps were 48 - 50.6 degrees.

Fished Lewisville for a couple of hours between 11 and 1.
Caught 2 on A-rig.
Only 3 other boats at the ramp.

Fished Bridgeport today from 11am to 2pm. Stayed around the dam area wherever I could get out of the wind. Caught at least 12 decent slot fish on a Black/Blue jig. Never saw another boat.

Fished Lake Cisco Friday and caught 11 LMB in 6 hours... cold and drizzle. biggest was 4 pounds. No crappy or white bass on this trip... fished the creek channel in about 12 to 14 feet of water... Water temp as between 47 in the main lake area and down to 43 in the back creek area.

Fished Fairfield Saturday. We caught maybe 20-25. Only one small fish. Biggest was around 5 pounds. Average was around 3-1/2 pounds. It was tougher for us than usual. But we were targeting big fish and trying to catch them vs numbers of small fish. We stayed away from community holes.
