Abu Garcia Revo X spinning reel ????

I'm looking at getting a Abu Garcia Revo X spinning reel. My question is which reel? The REVO2X20 of the REVO2X30. I will be using it mostly fishing shaky heads, and other lite baits. A 1/4 oz. might be the heaviest I throw on it. I fish mostly clear water lakes with little to no weeds in them around where I live. Some wood then i go to a bait caster. Thanks for the help.

Go with the Revo2X30. It'll give you a bit more range if you extend the size of your lures later on. And, it'll be the rod choice you make that will determine the sensitivity for various presentations.

If the 30 has a larger spool, it will also cast a bit longer whenever that is an issue. The line "pulls" off in larger coils.

The size of the line makes no difference at all to a spinning reel's size rating, a 1000 versus a 4000 for example. So, even if you use 2 lbs. braid, it'll pull off a large spinning reel just like it will a smaller one.
