Just got back from 3 days at Monticello. Fished hard and found some nice fish! Got to catch them on top which was all I could ask for as an early Christmas present! 
I caught them early on Frogs in the hydrilla and pads under the railroad bridge. Had a good shallow bite all day. The fish seemed to move under the dying pads later in the afternoon but were still biting actively on a swimbaits.
Water Temps: 66-71
Baits: Frog, Swimbait, Fluke
