Seeing as a bought 2 rods from a private seller and therefore don’t have a receipt am I S.O.L. If I need one or two repaired and one potentially replaced? One is a Champ XP and the other is an Extreme.

Send it to them, if it’s a defect in the rod they’ll replace it free. If it’s not, they charge a replacement fee plus shipping $70 for the champ and $80 for the champ extreme I believe.

If you are around Lake Fork, go see Ernie at Lake Fork Resort. He will warranty them and he doesn't need a receipt. I've done a few with him.
