Texas trash bean dip.

I made this and fell in love. Jacob hurt himself. And it's stupid easy to make with ingredients you already stock.

2 regular size cans refried beans
1 block cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
Mix well, spread in a 9 X 13 pan
Then sprinkle over:
2 cups shredded Colby, Jack or cheddar cheese
And 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and starting to brown.

Try not to burn your tongue off please.

Fry up a 50/50 mixture of hamburger meat and your favorite ground sausage..add to this bean dip and bake. "I'm a meat freak"! I think I will try this myself.

The ground beef and sausage was in the queso I made to go with. Good stuff!
