Anyone have a good one for deer jerky they don't mind sharing?

Here's a recipe from Mr Kent Rollins. I've tried a number of his recipes and they never disappoint.

You're Welcome.

Some of his chicken breast recipes are worth the cost of the seasoning. If you're going to do it, do it right.

This was the first recipe I tried of his.

The Mexican version.

I use Hi Mountain Seasoning for beef jerky. They also have game products. Available at stores locally (Academy, H‑E‑B). Good stuff.

I soak my beef jerky overnight in teriyaki and soy sauce, pat dry, and season with Chupacabra Rub. Turns out pretty good.

I don’t know about venison though but I’d try it if I had deer meat.

3 tsp liquid smoke (not needed if you smoke meat)
1 '' celery salt
1 '' garlic powder
2 '' black pepper
4 '' crushed red pepper seeds
1 '' cinnamon
1 '' ginger
1 '' salt
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp honey
1 cup boiling water

Mix all wet and dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, add boiling water, stir until honey
is melted.

Marinate 24 hrs
