Pineapple pie

I made my first Pineapple pie yesterday, and it came out pretty good.

that looks great. ever try using pine apple in pudding? make just like banana pudding except use chunk pineapple. not as good as banana pudding, but good for a change of pace.

back in my bachin' days, 24+ yrs ago, i made it with crushed pineapple...it is really good, but Mother's nanner recipe can't b beat...it's ONE serving, eat it ALL~~~!!!

My wife found a recipe for Pineapple CHESS pie. My mom made great Lemon Chess pie and this is very similar.

Beautiful looking pie. I didn't thing I like pineapple till we went to Hawai and I ate some at the Dole pineapple plantation. That stuff is goooooooood.
