Today I used this.......50/50 salt and pepper......little bit of onion and garlic powder, and a bit of paprika for color. I sneaked in a little light brown sugar on top before putting in the Z-Grill 1000. I had a cookie sheet pan with water, sliced up a tiny onion, put in the water, placed the cookie sheet rack on w/ a small butt. 250* Apple pellets
