The original Tabasco has never tasted good to me. I grab Louisiana Hot Sauce or Cajun Chef over it every time! Lately, been reaching for Tapatio and Cholula but generally prefer Valentina over both of them. What's your favorite?

to me tabasco is more of a seasoning than a hot sauce. hot sauce for me is either louisiana or cholula.

I'm a dyed in the wool original Tabasco addict. I drown stuff in it. Their Chipotle Tabasco is tasty also but a bit too mild. We keep a bottle of Louisiana hot sauce for the children and yankees though
Franks is the ONLY Louisiana-style hot sauce worth buying. I like Tabasco, I love Frank's.

I buy Frank's or Louisiana. Just got my first batch of cayenne sauce made last weekend.

Frank's is tops, to me. Valentino's for bbq sauce. Tabasco Cayenne / garlic is excellent, also.
Frank’s is ok but it’s far from traditional sauce. Tabasco is good but more about heat. Louisiana’s or Crystals is traditional creole style hot sauce. Cholula is mild for and good for those wanting flavor but not heat. Tapatio and Valentine’s I just can’t get behind. No real flavor profile and meh on heat.
Dirty Dick's for sweet heat, great with fish,Scorpion Tobasco for anything breakfast and almost any good habenero sauce, habanero works on everything,my current favorites are Secret Aardvark and Yellowbird

Since it's gotten no love I will say Crystal.

Depends on what I'm eating. Frank's on wings. Louisiana style on cajun food, Cholula on eggs. Never been a huge Tabasco fan.

I'll post this one because it also got no love. A very old sauce that has fell off the radar: Trappy's Red Bull
I like this one because you taste the peppers. Not flaming hot so I use it in my red beans, etc.

Frank's is traditional. Times have changed.
