Cajun Seasoning - 10/23/20 09:31 PM

I use this for almost everything now. Steak rub: superb. 1 tablespoon/1/2 cup flour for fried chicken (air fried, NuWave fried or oil fried) - same ratio for fried fish substitute cornmeal. Pork - same as steak rub. Grilled fish (steelhead is phenomenal with this): rub on mix, rub on oil till coated (saturated) put on grill skin side down lid on - when see albumin (white stuff coming out) go between skin & flesh & flip - grill 5 mins more.

3 tablespoon salt
2 teasp garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 tease black pepper
1 teasp onion powder
1 1/4 teasp. oregano
1 1/4 teasp dried thyme
1 teasp. basil
1 tablespoon chili powder

How the food comes out:

-- nope, not a lick of it -- you'll have to put hot stuff in to your liking.
