Birria soup and tacos

made a birria de res consome(mexican beef soup)and tacos today, made the soup last night and the tacos tonight. i used wild pig and beef roast. soup was the meat, a whole onion, a whole head of garlic with the head cut off and carrots. it was great. really broth/beefy tasting. tacos weren't as good as the soup, but i ate em all. get the recipe here.THE BEST MEXICAN BIRRIA DE RES CONSOME AND TACOS |
