Need BabyBack Ribs Receipe - 05/11/20 06:01 PM

Scored several racks of BabyBacks, and frankly I'm kind tired of smoking/BBQ them.

Any other ways to cook them?

Chinese style. Sweet and sour sauce glaze in the oven.

Wife cut's the rack in half and pours a can of coke or dr.pepper in the bottom of a pan. Then slathers them on the top of the meat with Rendezvous seasoning. Covers in foil and cooks at 250 for 2 hours or until tender. Then 15 minutes on the grill for flavor. They turn out pretty tasty.

Agree with ya BC. Season and wrap in tinfoil 2hrs at 250 in covered grill then baste with BBQ sauce on open grill flame. Fall off the bone yummy!

So .... Yesterday I tried the Korean Style ribs recipe from Big Bob above.

They were GREAT. Falling off the bone tender, and full of flavor.

They did take all day to fix. 4hrs. marinating, and two and a half hrs. in the oven .... but worth the wait.

Thanks BB.
