Grilled FIsh

So, cooked up some fish.

LIme-Cilantro Bass
Scaled and gutted fish
Liberally salted and peppered fish in and out
sliced several limes very thinly place them inside cavity
generous portion of cilantro and placed that in the cavity

Grilled over direct heat 10 minutes per side.

Really easy and good.

That looks delicious! This is the time the year to load up the freezer with bass and crappie.
