Best Deviled Eggs Recipe...

Like all recipe's, there are many ways to fix your favorite dish. I figured I'd make some of these as my chickens are laying quite a bit lately. I suppose you have your favorite recipe for these delicious treats. I've been looking online at a few recipes......adding a tab of soften butter, dash of tabasco sauce, sweet pickle juice/relesh, "dry mustard" or a combination of reg. mustard and Dijon, white vinegar, capers and who knows what all ! Anyway..I gotta try something.

Horseradish is the secret to good deviled eggs.

A dozen eggs, 1 cup of mayo, 1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar, 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard, 1/2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 to 3 jalapeno's chopped into fine pcs., 1 to 2 lbs. of bacon chopped. Mix all together with egg yolks. You will have some mix left over, it makes quite a bit..

capers or caviar on top is a nice touch too. even pcs. of bacon or shrimp.

Guacamole looks like eggs gone bad but there gooood

Wow! That's a game changer! I'm serving "deviled. eggs" stuffed with guacamole and a Frito Scoop stuck in it.
