Simple stir-fried fish with vegetables

To get rid of the holiday weight gain, we stir-fried fish with more vegetables .

The hardest part is to get freshest fish and I guess folks on this forum don't have to worry about that

One lesson I learned is that fish are so tender and that's why my wife mixed the fish with vegetable very gently in the video. good luck
