Front deck problem, can anyone help me?

I pulled the carpet off to recarpet the front deck, there was a soft spot and found that the fiberglass has bubbled over the plywood.

Can anyone help with how I am to go about fixing or replacing the front deck.

Carefully grind it to good wood and then fill it with fiberglass cloth and resin.

Make sure you get rid of all rot or it will continue

cut it out, replace, reglass
