Going Rate for Marine Shops

I need to have my Evinrude 1981 115HP lower unit serviced due to seal leak. Possum Kingdom area shops charge $130 per hour plus parts and labor. Is there anywhere west of Fort Worth, than is more reasonable cost wise, while offering great service?

That is about the going rate. It sucks.
