Has anyone that has a FL-10 in dash flasher ever had it show all red clear around the dial when powered up?

Mine did the opposite. No signal at all. I contacted them, sent it in, they fixed lickety-spit and I'm back in business! I had a circuit that opened up. sounds like yours may have shorted. Call them, Phone: 952-884-5291. They will give you the info on shipping and repairs.

Had a transducer short on a bird long ago...took forever to figure it out.
