Noise when trimming motor down

I have a Merc 200 EFI. When I trim the motor up or down on the trailer it works fine. When I launch the boat motor running and start to trim the motor down I hear a clicking sound. I've had no problem with the trimming but have a clicking noise. Any recommendations/thoughts? Thanks.

grease your balls on the end of the trim rams

About halfway down and up mine squeaks. Need grease also you think?
