Good Yamaha Mechanic - 11/27/22 11:31 AM

Close to the Whitney area.
I have a 1996 Yamaha 50 4 stroke with carbs that my mechanic can not get a dead miss out of it . He has rebuilt the carbs, and it has good compression on all 4 cyclinders .All new gas lines, fuel filter ect. with new plugs as well.
In his defense he is taking Kemo and only has one shop helper. It is just that he has had my boat for almost 2 months now and still waiting for it. Charlie in Alvarado want touch a yamaha carb . Was wondering if anyone has had any dealings with Fun N Sun in Cleburne.

I'd check the stator.

They aren't real close to Whitney, but I'd at least call Bernie's Yamaha in Victoria. They are one of the best Yamaha service outfits in the country, and have probably run into your problem before. Good folks, too.
