They are in a 2 yr old trailer.
The tires are only funky looking where the huge bubble was at in each tire. Amazing. I was pulling the boat home at around 70-75mph last night. Found one was flat this morning. I guess I just missed the explosion and tore up fenders by a few miles.
I got me some $58 china specials on the way to the shop right now.
Just because the trailer is 2 years old don’t mean the tires are 2. When I bought my previous boat it was a ‘16 model and the tires were date stamped from early ‘14.
Also from the pic it looks as if they have been run under inflated
I've had excellent service from those tires. Keep them pumped up to 65psi and go.
They’re 15” Load range “E” 10-ply. The max inflation on the sidewall and on the trailer placard says “80psi”. They were kept at 80….checked them about once a month, or every 15-16 trips to the lake. The tires pretty much have never been low.
I can say this, the build quality of the Endurance sure look bad next to the cheap Chinese tires. The Chinese tires have perfectly smooth sidewalks, are very round in the balancing machine, and required almost 2 ounces LESS weight to balance. The Endurance that I have that is new, the spare, has lumpy looking sidewalls and required 3.25 ounces to balance. On a brand new wheel no less
Hopefully these china bombs last me a year
