Nothing is more expensive than a cheap prop job.

This subject can be amusing

Would love to see a blind test

Buy 4 new in box props test each one on same boat same conditions to see how close they are and mark them

Send each local “expert”

Test afterward to see the results

I can say that I borderline destroyed a fury 3 at the red river and James made it look just like the new one I bought to replace it.

No idea how it works yet

Some props are notorious turds. Even numbered tempests are extremely inconsistent, take ten new in box props and get ten different results. Rakers are the same way.

There are some master prop guys out there, Al Zwueke and Rich Boger were gods with an anvil.. Rich taught Steve, Steve taught Josh at Steve's props. For performance bass hulls, they really know what they're doing.

Saltwater flats props are a complete different deal, crossroads prop in Victoria makes a really good shallow water wheel.

Your prop is 90% of your performance, until it's right, nothing else will be.
