Is there anyone here that has changed a short shaft to a long shaft? How hard is it to do? Any special tools required?
I currently have a 2000 Yamaha 25 Hp four stroke. (F 25 ESHY).
It’s a short shaft now. But I’ll need a long shaft version. Not sure if changing it out is the way to go. Or selling it and get a different motor.
