I have a 3 hp Johnson I need fixed.

The rope got stuck and the person I took it to cant fix it.

he sent me this

"i opened up your hood to the motor and your spring is totally uncoiled, i cant fix that , it takes a special tool, its like a spring loaded razor blade without it"
