Boat mechanic 2 stroke outboard - Kemah Seabrook area

New here from FL. Moved here and stored boat for almost a year. Finally found a place and now the boat needs work. I am almost done siphoning the old gas and throttle is a bit stiff.

I had bad experiences in FL and finally got trusted one. Any one that is highly recommended?
My boat is an old 1997 BW 17 with Merc 115 hp outboard.
