Has anyone used TowboatUS or Sign & Glide boat towing service? Any comment?

Boat US....they are great! Ran up on a sandbar earlier in the year and they were on it. I was there for about 3 hours, but they towed me off at no expense.
Are they available on any Texas inland lakes?
