Tilt and Trim Rebuild What fluid

Having the tilt and trim rebuilt on a Yamaha 4 stroke 250hp. What is the best fluid to put in the unit to have it work correctly?

Outboard tilt & trim fluid. Pick a brand with a label you like, their all the same and about $10 a quart. Even available in Wal-Mart and Academy. In a pinch you could use ATF or hydraulic fluid.
