I own several of the 13 Omen Black and they are nice rods.
Depends on what you want to use them for.
The best rods I have are the Pinnacle Perfectas. I have a MH Moderate that is incredible with squarebills and rattle traps.
Also have a couple of H/Fast I use with chatter baits and swim jigs. Very light but solid feel. Paired up with the Daiwa Tatula reels they cast a mile and are very smooth and sensitive.

I have not tried a Falcon or Daiwa Tatula rod.
I think all three would be good choices. Get the one on sale.

Depends on what you are using them for. I have used the Bucoos and they are a little less than the power says. but overall good rods.

The 7'1" MHXF Tatula is a great rod for the money. I own one and love it for t-rig and light jigs. Going to get their 7'2" HF next for larger jigs and pitching. In the Trading Post forum Shut-Up-And Fish had some for a discounted price recently. You will love the Tatula.

Best rod I've used to date is Carbon X. Lightweight but able to pull em outta the trees on Falcon without any problem. Check em out on fishingtacklejunction.com

I have a friend who is a rep for them if your interested

I would go with a Denali Rods. Jadewood, Kovert, Rosewood, Noirwood, or a signature rod. There is at least 2 rods that size in every series. but like coachmatt said it depends what you need it for.
