Can’t get ahold of reel repair

I sent a reel to Texas Country Reel Repair back in October of 2021. I contacted the owner in January to check on the status of the reel and he was waiting on bearings. I have tried to contact him numerous times since and owner has not returned my texts or called back. Has anyone else had similar issues with this reel repair company
Or has something happened to the owner that anyone has heard of??
