Way loaded question. What type of crankbait? Squarebills, medium divers, deep divers, extra deep divers? They all take a different rod.

I find the BPS Crankin' Sticks hard to beat even at twice the price.
Fine movement bait rods. Spinner baits, chatter baits, swim jigs, cranks. Just size and power as needed.
Have not tried them for jerk baits, but I bet the medium action, or medium light, would work.
I wish they made a 6'-0 rod for top waters.
