Got a problem it is hard to disengage . Also have to turn handle little harder to engage spool.

Prolly needs a good cleaning...could be some wear...but more times than not it just needs a cleaning

Had one with same problem. Sent to 03svtsnakevert (Steve�s reel service). Had to replace spool. He�s very fair and customer oriented. Highly recommend
