Alternative to Loc-R-Bar?

Alternative to Loc-R-Bar? - 10/24/17 01:05 PM

I'm looking at getting a security system for the rod boxes and storage compartment on the front of my boat. The $200+ Loc-R-Bar from TH Marine seems to be the only thing I can find. Sure seems like it wouldn't need to be that expensive.

Found some stuff about Philip's Fishing Products on different forums, but looks like he rolled up the carpet; website is DoA and doesn't have a FB page that I can find.

Are there any alternatives to the Loc-R-Bar?

Well worth the $200. I wouldn't have a boat without it.

I have a 50+k boat, $400 rod/reel combo's, $100 PFD's, thousands in electronics, thousands in tackle - I'm not going to sweat a $200 LocR bar.....
