In need of help with boatlanes mapping. - 09/29/17 11:17 PM
Im in need of some Technical help! I have a lowrance hook 5 unit that's a new unit. I have purchased the Boatlanes.com download for Lake Fork. I have been able to get the download onto a 1gb SD card. When attempting to load the file onto the lowrance unit I'm only able to save half of the download. I get the message "Data File Version is not compatible with current unit software". I have gone to Lowrance and updated to the latest software for that system. I am able to load the GX file but not the USR file. I have searched the Forum and attempted contact with the Tech number listed on the website with no luck yet. Can anyone shed some light on this. Please and Thank You.
