Well i got the ol' Solix 15 installed today. That sucker is massive! I'd like to network it to a front graph and also my trolling motor eventually.

1. Do i need a hub for that?
2. What model can i put on the bow that's about 10" or so and will show me all the MEga awesomeness through my new Solix?
3. Can i get a cheap-o and put it up there & cheat a little?

I just spent 3k on a fish finder (what is wrong with me?!?!?!). If I can get away with just getting a cheap0 helix or something and see the mega resolution from my solix I'll be so happy I could spit.

Yes you will need the hub to network two sonars and a trolling motor that has ipilot link. Any Helix g2n sonar will allow you to "view" the mega imaging on it via ethernet.

Using a Helix and SOLIX together, you can ONLY share waypoints.

If you want to view any SOLIX sonar data on another unit, it has to be another SOLIX or a discontinued ONIX.

This is my ONIX 10 SI NT displaying MEGA Imaging from my SOLIX 12 SI:

Had a brain freeze and just saw its a Solix. Correct, Solix can only share with another Solix or Onix. Helix can view Mega imaging with any other Helix G2N

No, Wifi maybe. It can handle more data.
