Nutman, call David at shut-up-and-fish
He is a great guy, has good prices and is very knowledgeable about all trolling motors and anything else he carries. Plus he is a huge supporter of the forum as well as benefits and helping others.

I'm in Texarkana and can have shipped to your door any trolling motor (or other accessory) you want. I'm an ASC for both MinnKota and Motorguide.

I have a Minn Kota Fortrex with built in transducer that has quit working. Are these transducers easily repaired or replaced?Or should I just purchase an external trolling motor transducer?

Baylor guy will be your closest mind koa service center. The US2 can be replaced fairly easily. If it is less than 2 years old, it will be under warranty as well.
