I got help from Minn Kota !!

Here’s a shout out for Minn Kota service line. My new to me trolling motor stopped working so I called two different Tracker boat dealers to set up an appointment to have warranty work done. After getting the run around from both I called the help number on my owners manual.
I reached a young man who sounded bored and I figured I’d get no help from him either, but I couldn’t have been more wrong! He asked lots of questions and we discussed several possible problems, but he believed that in all likelihood it was my battery not the motor.
Sure enough, tested the battery and it had a bad cell.

Saved me a bunch of time, and he was a great help, so giving credit where credit is due

Sometimes it is the simplest of things...

I have call minn Kota a lot they are very good with phone tech support, most manufacturers are. Sometimes a long wait, but that’s ok.
