Minn Kota 112 Fortrex Misshap

Well I did a stupid thing last night and wonder if anyone has advice. I was out with my 7 yr grandson and when leaving after dark last night I left the TM down when loading on trailer. At first all I could find broken was the prop and the sonar transducer. Messing with it today it is very hard to steer with the foot pedal. I can turn the motor by hand and the pedal follows with no noise but when using the pedal I can't turn the motor. Any ideas what my problem might be?

Go the TM disassembled and the top tube is bent. Ordered parts from MK and will rebuild this weekend.

New upper tube, new bearings and new transducer and all is well. Not as complicated as I assumed. Works like a champ again!!
